Payment reminders
Most businesses that sell on credit do not have a billing problem. They have a follow-up problem. Someone has to remember who owes what, message the right person on the right day, and not annoy customers who have already paid. When that lives in a notebook or a spreadsheet, reminders go out late, or not at all.
MilegaPay takes what each customer owes from your accounting software and sends the reminders on its own, on the days you choose. Every message shows the bill number, the amount still due and the due date, and goes out from your own WhatsApp number and mailbox, so customers see your firm as the sender.

The right tone for each customer
A good payer who is a few days late gets a gentle note; a long-pending account gets a firmer one. Always polite, never threatening.
Stops as soon as they pay
A payment updates the ledger straight away, so the next reminder never asks for money that has already arrived.
Promises are respected
When a customer replies on WhatsApp with a date — “will pay on the 10th” — reminders pause until that date.
Hindi, Gujarati or English
Each customer can get messages in their own language, with your wording.
Common questions
Will the reminders look like they come from MilegaPay?
No. WhatsApp goes from your own business number and email from your own mailbox. Customers see your firm’s name.
Does it work if I bill in Tally or Miracle?
Yes. A small connector on the computer where Tally or Miracle runs brings new bills and receipts across every 15 minutes, so reminders always use the latest figures.
How much does it cost?
