Outstanding payments grow quietly. A few bills slip past the due date, the follow-up gets pushed to next week, and three months later a large part of your working capital is sitting with customers.
MilegaPay makes the follow-up routine. Overdue customers get reminders on a fixed rhythm, firmer as the bill gets older, and you get a short list of the accounts that need a personal call.
What you get
A rhythm that escalates
A polite note before the due date, a firmer one after 7 and 15 days, and an automated phone call for accounts that are seriously late (Business plan).
A daily chase list
Parties graded D and C first, ranked by how much is overdue and for how long.
Pay from the reminder
With online collection on, the reminder carries a link to pay by UPI, card or netbanking, in full or in part.
Money straight to you
Payments go to your own Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal account. MilegaPay never holds your funds.
A record of every follow-up
Every email, WhatsApp, call and reply is logged against the customer — useful when a dispute comes up.
Delivery confirmation
A message a few days after dispatch asks the customer to report any quality or quantity issue, so late complaints do not hold up payment.
