Question 1

How do I ask for payment politely?

Accepted Answer

Name the bill, the amount and the due date, assume good faith (“it may have slipped through”), give an easy way to pay, and thank them if it is already on its way.

Question 2

When should I send a firm reminder?

Accepted Answer

After a couple of gentle reminders, or when a promised date has passed. Stay polite: ask for a date and offer to sort out any problem with the bill.

Question 3

Can this be sent automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MilegaPay sends these on the days you choose, from your own WhatsApp number, and stops the moment the bill is paid.
