Email reminders

A good invoice reminder email is short: which invoice, how much is still due, when it was due, and how to pay. Writing that by hand for every customer, every week, is where the time goes.

MilegaPay writes and sends those emails for you. Each one is built from the customer’s live balance, so it is always correct, and it is sent through your own mailbox so replies come straight back to you.

Common questions

Will the emails land in spam?

They are sent through your own mail server, which helps a lot. For higher volumes, a sending service such as Brevo with a verified domain delivers best.

How many emails can I send with Gmail?

About 500 a day on a free Gmail account and about 2,000 on Google Workspace.

Can the email include a payment link?

Yes, with online collection switched on (Business plan), every reminder carries a private link to pay.
