For Miracle users

Miracle keeps the books for thousands of traders and manufacturers in Gujarat and across India. What it does not do is remind your customers. The outstanding list still has to be worked by phone, one party at a time.

MilegaPay reads Miracle on the computer where it runs — no exports, no Excel in between. Parties, opening balances, sales bills with their credit days, receipts and transport details come across on their own, and reminders go out from your own WhatsApp number and mailbox.

Credit days from Miracle

Due dates are worked out from the credit days on each bill — from the bill date, or from the month end if that is how you give credit.

Changes followed

An edited or deleted bill in Miracle is updated in MilegaPay too, and anything unusual is flagged for you.

Transport and LR details

The transport and LR number on the bill can be sent to the customer on WhatsApp.

Same reminders as everyone

Grades A–D, gentle or firm wording, UPI pay links and the customer portal all work the same way.

Common questions

Does Miracle need to be open?

No special step is needed; the connector reads Miracle’s data on that computer every 15 minutes while the computer is on.

Will it change anything in Miracle?

No. The connector only reads. Your books stay exactly as they are.

I use Busy or Marg. Does it work?

Yes, through an Excel or CSV export. MilegaPay remembers your column mapping, so each upload is one click.
